This Resin Manufacturing Facility presented a unique challenge. Explosion potential, as well heavy contamination, made preparation for painting a planning and training masterpiece. In lieu of conventional sandblasting, Sodium Bicarbonate blasting was utilized to prepare the surfaces for an Epoxy / Epoxy / Urethane system. This project was completed while the manufacturing of their product was ongoing without interruption. A color-coding approach turned this very unattractive facility into one that drew great reviews from their Corporate Management.
