This dormitory was newly modernized
with 85 Kitchenette Dorm Rooms, Laundry Facilities, Game Room,
Offices, Vending, Lobby and Guest Waiting Room. High-speed,
broadband internet connections are available in an open office.
ICCI completed the finishing and painting, and like all ICCI
projects, the quality of workmanship was maintained at the highest
standards. The work completed consisted of taping and floating
newly installed gypsum wall board; painting of ceilings, some of
which were textured; application of semi-gross finish on walls;
painting of railings, louvers, hollow metal doors and frames;
pressure washing the exterior and repainting of exterior surfaces
totaling 4471 man-hours.
