Added to the top of an existing parking structure, this 14 story building featured 13 floors of theme oriented suites and luxuriously decorated accommodations. Adorned with 5 different Duroplex wall systems and 13 different wall coverings, this Hotel is full of lacquer coated fluted trim, Ralph Loren specialty coatings and miles of unconventional painted mill work. An elegant enclosed pool area consists of a highly detailed and multiple colored motif capable of being adequate for the most luxurious events. Rounding out this sophisticated facility is an administration level complete with meeting rooms, training facility and support facilities all decorated in functional splendor. With all of the new construction blending with the existing structures, a facelift on the existing was necessary. It consisted of applying a 100% acrylic masonry system to the E.I.F.S. and a high performance Urethane system to the steel surfaces. This work was performed using suspended stages, scaffolding and manlifts. All without interfering with the operation of a functional facility. This project was completed under an extremely accelerated schedule.
