Since the arrival of the two Grand Casino Properties in Biloxi and Gulfport, ICCI has been fortunate to have participated in most of the expansion and renovations. To date these projects include the change from the Crab House restaurants to Morano's in Gulfport and Borello's in Biloxi, the addition of enclosed gangways at both facilities, the renovation of the Star Theater in Biloxi, the renovation LB's, a fine dining restaurant, in Gulfport, the renovation of Banana's Buffet in Gulfport, the renovation of the first floor gaming area in Gulfport, the addition of gaming area in Biloxi, the addition of the Long Bar in Biloxi, the renovation of the Theater in Gulfport, the renovation of the Entertainment Complex in Gulfport, the addition of air conditioned walkways from the parking garage to the hotel and from the hotel to the Casino in Biloxi and numerous rehabilitation painting projects on both properties. All of these projects have been accomplished during normal operation of the facilities and were comprised of a variety of painting, wall covering, faux finishing, staining, acrylic wall finishes and texturing.
