This facility stands alone in it's design with exposed exterior structural steel and multiple colored E.I.F.S.. The structural steel required blasting to SSPC-SP10 or Near White and was coated with a high performance system of Epoxy Primer and Urethane Top Coats. This work had to be performed in conjunction with the application of the E.I.F.S. which required containment of the blasting operation. Once the E.I.F.S. was installed the complete system was coated with a Siliconized Elastomeric Coating System. The facility was completed in 156 days dictating a 24 hour day and 7 day a week schedule. Suspended stages, spiders and man-lifts on barges were all used to access the surfaces.
