This facility is a combination of two schools under one roof. It involves state of the art technology and design. The multicolor motif of gypsum board and concrete masonry features exposed structural ceilings in both gymnasiums, both libraries and in both multimedia facilities. In the centrally located theater type auditorium a variable height wave ceiling of gypsum board is suspended over a slanting floor creating a scaffolding job with a high level of difficulty. Accenting the multiple colored rooms are walls of many shapes ranging from octagonal to round and all angles in between. All of this work was performed under a fast track schedule to facilitate an unchangeable opening day of school.
