These three dormitories are a lifetime away from what military dormitories are thought to be. These high tech and highly decorated facilities are fit for any rank of life. All are adorned with gloss enamel, wall coverings, stained trim and doors and are anything but military drab. These facilities are complete with common areas containing retail areas, laundry services, gazebos and recreation facilities that are all elaborately detailed. This work was completed under the jurisdiction of the Navy Construction Division who "sold" the work to the Air Force Civil Engineering Department. Satisfying two governmental Agencies, the General Contractor and ICCI's very stringent Quality Control Department was a very demanding but accomplished task.
