This 7000 square foot water tank required a full SSPC class 2A containment, and a SP-10 (near white blast) to remove existing lead based coating. Lead abatement procedures and safety precautions were strictly adhered to. Atmospheric conditions  where paramount importance for the coating system application process. Within the containment, under negative pressure, we employed dust collection and dehumidifying equipment to maintain optimum atmospheric conditions for the proper application of the Tneme-Zinc, Aromatic Urethane Primer; Hi-Build Epoxoline II, Polyamidoamine Epoxy Intermediate Coat; and Endura-Shield II, Aliphatic Acrylic Polyurethane Top Coat.
