ICCI has completed the New Orleans Yacht and Harbor project. The project consisted of the abrasive blasting and coating of the steel structure that hold the Yacht Club up off the water. The Yacht club is located on Lake Ponchatrain in New Orleans. The steel structure had an existing coating that contains a high concentration of lead. ICCI had to construct a SSPC Guide 6 class 2A containment for this project. The project had many hazards associated with it. I am proud to say that ICCI personnel came through and completed the project with no accidents or notable delays. This project was monitored by the city of New Orleans and their officials.
