This project consisted of sandblasting and painting a water tank that cleans the fire fighting water distributed to the Pascagoula Industrial Park. As a lead abatement project, we mobilized under full expectations that the exposure levels would exceed the 30ppm action level. After exposure monitoring, it was determined that the exposure levels did not reach action levels thus making our work a little easier. Once the blasting was complete, the tank received a two coat Tnemec pota-poc coating system.
