Combining state-of-the-art storage and handling of cold products, open drive-through loading techniques, and administration spaces lent this project to very specific coatings that are capable of handling the various temperatures and atmospheres. These factors, combined with the high elevations and exposed structures, made this a design challenge. The office complex features wall coverings, stained and painted trim; the drive-through loading area featured exterior-grade high performance coatings; and the storage areas have coatings that are capable of handling the moisture and temperatures that are a constant 40 degrees.
